Existing Members Need to Reset Your Password

If you were previously registered in the Community prior to 10/31/08 and you want to continue to use the same screen name, here's what you do:
  1. Click the "sign in" link on the lower right hand side of the main Community home page
  2. Then click "I'm already a Upromise Community member"
  3. Enter the screen name and email address that you originally used to sign up for the Community
  4. Next you'll receive an email with a link to complete the re-registration process
  5. Follow the steps in the email
