Last Chance to Keep Your Screen Name

On 7/8 you will lose access to your Community account if your email address does not match your Upromise.com email address.  Please be sure to do that today.  Really, we don't want to lose you!

 

This change is part of Wednesday's move to a single sign on system.  One of the benefits to this is when you're logged in to your Upromise.com account you'll also be logged in to the Community at the same time.  It eliminates the need for a separate login.

 

You may have seen me post about this over the past several weeks in the community.  And if your email address does not match the one you use for your Upromise.com account, then you also received the email below.

 

So again, please be sure to make the change.  Otherwise, beginning on 7/8 you'll no longer have access to the screen name you've been using.  Instead you'll have to select a new screen name and you'll no longer be associated with your previous history in the community (including past posts).

On July 8, 2009, Upromise will begin using a new sign-in system. You must take action in order to remain a member of the Upromise Community.

To ensure a smooth transition, please follow these directions:

Upromise Members:

In order to maintain your Community screen name/handle, make sure your Upromise Community email address matches the email address in your Upromise account. If it doesn't, click here to change your Community email address.


Community Members Only:

If you are not a Upromise member, you will need to become one. Join Upromise today so you can continue to post or comment in the Upromise Community. Be sure to use the same email address you are currently using in the Upromise Community.

How can I add a store receipt to get credit on my upromise account when I forget to use it at the store?

Moonlady, unfortunately, if you didn't swipe your loyalty card (I'm assuming you're talking about a grocery store?), you will not be able to get the contribution.  You'll have to try to remember to swipe it next time. :smileysad:
