poor service from Budget and Choice hotels in posting credits

It seems that you almost have to constantly check and request missing credits from both these partners. I use them regularily to maximize my savings but they are a huge PITA!

 

Sometimes I book 3 different hotels a week and I have never gotten automatic credit for every one. The missing contribution link on the Upromise page is equally poor as it has NEVER worked.

Reporting missing contributions is definitely an exercise in frustration, artart. According to an email I received from Upromise this week, though, my issue with the inquiry form is not a universal problem & they claim that it works just fine for other Upromise members. Maybe they need to read the message boards a little more closely. In fairness, though, I should mention that they did offer me an email option for reporting missing contributions, so I guess that's something. Still, it sure would be nice if the contributions weren't missing in the first place!
