Upromise Toolbar?

I installed the Upromise toolbar and started trying to shop online. I searched for nursing shirts and got some results from Gap.com. I tried clicking on "buy now" and gap.com, but only got the Upromise website popup for shopping online at all stores. Am I doing something wrong? Are there specific computer settings you need to be able to actually carry out a transaction through Upromise while shopping online?

Hello, when you click on the buy now button, the site has to open a new internet window for that shopping site and the computer settings may not allow the new window to open. This was my problem which was caused by my Norton Firewall settings. If you have any security or firewall programs installed it may be the issue. I gave full access to the Upromise toolbar within the Firewall Configuration and the toolbar has been working great since.

How do you change the settings on a firewall?  Where do I find that in my computer?
