Turbosaver Bonus?

Wasn't there a $3.00 bonus for installing the turbosaver in September? Has anyone gotten theirs yet? How long does it take to post?

We have multiple computers at home, and I loaded TurboSaver on one of them during the promotional period, and I haven't seen my bonus either.  According to the footnote on the page is was supposed to be paid 5 - 10 days after installation.  For me, it's been 27 days since I did it.

Thanks for the reply wbylead. I also saw that footnote & that was the last I've heard of it. Since then, I've searched the Upromise website for info about the bonus, but can't find it anywhere. You've been waiting longer than I have for the bonus to show up; it's only been 13 days for me. But since I thought it had said that the bonus would show up in 5 to 10 days, I was wondering if anyone else had seen the same message or if I was just mistaken. I also wonder how long we're supposed to wait before we inquire about it?

Hopefully Jeff (community admin) will see this thread and respond with a solution.  If we don't hear anything in the next week, maybe one of us can send him a private email.  He's very responsive.

Thanks for looking into this & keeping us informed, Jeff. I checked my account & found the bonus posted there, just as you said it would be. Based on your post, it looks like there really is some teamwork going on behind the scenes & I appreciate your sharing the info with us. Anyway, all's well that ends well, as they say. It sure is nice to be able to report a happy ending! :smileyhappy:
