Fom reading, I gather that every merchant is different with regard to how long they take to submit the rewards to U Promise.\
Whch merchants are best at getting their returns in the quickest in your experience?
I'm new, had it about 2 weeks or so, and have used several already.

I've been with UPromise since June. I made my first transaction in July with Blair. It posted to pending in 5 days. Since then, I've made 2 more purchases with them and again, less that 5 days. I also shopped with Bare Necessities & 4Checks with pending in less than 5 days. Now I'm waiting on the real money.
Long pole in the tent right now are two reservations I made for Marriott. Stays at the hotels concluded in the first week of September, and nothing yet. I'm beginning to wonder if they will ever post.

Thanks. In the last 2 weeks I've made purchases with:
cvs.com
barned and noble online
container store online
avon.com
turbo saver
netflix (free trial ends in 1 week so not just yet)
offline -
GNC
mcdonald's gift card reload
walmart
kohls
kroger (including grocery eCoupons)
Daddy Joes smokehouse
As far as I know, I've followed all the rules and I've registered all of the appropriate cards and eCoupons. Used my card as credit each time. It is showing zero activity, not even turbo saver.

Remember your OFF line purchases only get credit if you're using the Bank of America card. VERY FEW if any brick & morter stores pay a rebate when you use your Registered cards in the store.

I've been with Upromise for a little more than a year now. At first, everything posted in a timely fashion. Over the past few months, though, things have slowed down quite a bit & I've even had to chase after some missing contributions, which is getting very frustrating. In September, I bought 2 new Arch cards & reloaded a third one, but so far only 2 of the 3 cards have posted contributions. It's still too early yet to fill out an inquiry form, though, so I'll just have to wait & see.
I also installed the Turbosaver in September, but so far have not gotten the bonus. It's probably too soon to make an inquiry on that, too.
On the other hand, I ordered from Roaman's a few weeks ago & my contribution posted within a few days, which was a pleasant surprise. I wish they all would post that quickly!
My advice is to keep track of all of your transactions & keep your receipts. Keep an eye on the contribution timetable & if something doesn't post within the expected time frame, then fill out the inquiry form on the Upromise website.
