Paid after Pending

I've done my homework and know all the contribution timelines for all the different types of merchants.  I've created a spreadsheet to track everything I've earned with the dates figured to let me know when things should be paid. Now I what to know if once something shows as pending and it's reaching the top mark for the contribution window if I need to do anything with UPromise to ensure the payment actually gets posted.

Re: Paid after Pending

I sent this directly to wbylead as a private message.  But wanted to post it to you all as well:

I checked with customer care and the answer to your question is our contribution timelines are approximate.  So in some cases college savings may take longer than listed to go from pending to funded, depending on when the partner makes the transfer.  But your best bet is to contact customer care if you have questions about any particular contributions.  You can fill out the online form, or better yet, you may want to give them a call.  Here's where the contact information is listed:

Thanks,

Jeff
