Update: Upromise has attempted to reach me by phone, however, telephone contact is extremely inconvenient for me, so I have not spoken to them directly regarding this matter (nor do I intend to, as I prefer email contact). At any rate, I have now received the missing contribution that I posted about above. Apparently, Upromise was able to trace and credit the missing contribution with only the information that I submitted within my original inquiry form, after all, which I believe was more than enough detail to provide under the circumstances. That said, I still feel that Upromise needs to do a better job of honoring our contributions, as well as improving and simplifying the inquiry process. Based on the posts I have read here and elsewhere on the internet, I am not alone in my frustration and disappointment in the process.

 

One final note: I am missing a McDonald's contribution, but it is still too early to inquire about it. Needless to say, I am dreading having to go through this again and I sincerely hope that I won't have to!
