If my att plan has expired and I renew my contract and purchase a new phone, will I get upromise credit?

The merchant details page for att.com does not specifically say that it is for new customers only, but that is how it typically works. "[UPromise] Members will receive a contribution when they order a phone and a 1-2 year plan. Accessories are not eligible for a contribution."

 

I would try contacting att.com and send an email to Upromise - I'm not really sure which of the two would be able to answer that....

darby, RammsteinNicCag is right in that's how it normally works.  But in this case I'm told that as long as you purchase a new phone and sign up for a two year contract you'll be eligible for college savings.
