ecoupons are a joke

Why do I even bother? For 4 months now I have "activated" ecoupons. I have shopped for the items, and even got my mother to shop for items. And when I check back and the status it reads"Not redeemed". All of our cards are registered. The ecoupon site is constantly "being updated" or "down for maintenance" and right now my coupon status reads 0 activated. Which is malarky!

I'm starting to believe that this is a waste of time and effort. A crappy marketing scheme.

If you are having probs with ecoupons too, please let e know I am not alone.

Re: ecoupons are a joke

I haven't had any problems. Never had a maintenance sign up, but I also only go to that page a couple of times a month. Just checked my ecoupon history and it still says that I have two coupons activated for this month.

The two other items that I've purchased with an ecoupon both went through as redeemed about three weeks after purchasing those items.

My only issue with ecoupons is that I don't use 95% of the stuff that they have coupons for. :smileytongue:

Don't give up ~ eCoupons are a very beneficial part of the UPromise program!  I've been very happy with it and haven't had any problems.  I know that sometimes when I click "select" by the items I get interrupted & forget to hit the "activate" button.  If I were you, I'd go back in the eCoupon area and try to select the items again ~ if they are still showing in the pages of items then that means you didn't actually activate them.  Good luck!

Also I've never found that the eCoupon area was "under maintenance" ~ I do check it frequently.

I feel that I've earned quite a bit of extra $$$$ using the eCoupons ~ I'll try to post some of the things I do that help me earn more when I have some extra time to do it.

Re: ecoupons are a joke

Well, wouldn't you know miraculously two ecoupon purchases from this month showed up tonight as pending. The ecoupons page still has the same "updating" message with no coupons shows as activated. Apparently they were activated since I've earned some dough.

Wacky stuff.

Re: ecoupons are a joke

I don't know... considering my ecoupons page has been working fine and it looks like itsjustpk's has been working, maybe there's something different on your side?

What browser are you using and what version is it? Is javascript enabled? What operating system?

Re: ecoupons are a joke

My account also says 0 coupons activated. However, when I look at the activation history, it shows the coupons are activated but not redeemed. Maybe the first screen is inaccurately showing us 0 coupons activated?

Re: ecoupons are a joke

I hope I can explain this right ~ sometimes I know what I mean but don't always word it so everyone understands it.

When you go to eCoupons, in the upper right-hand corner it has "FOR JUNE Your Activated Coupons" which shows the number of eCoupons you have activated for the month & the total $ value.

Right below that it has "My e-Coupon List current selection" which shows 0 until you select coupons in that visit to eCoupons.  After you select the coupons, it will show something other than 0 and at that point before you leave that area, you must activate the coupons.
