Help??? uninstall does not work.

Can anybody tell me how to get the turbosaver uninstaller to work? It keeps saying the log is not there for turbosaver to uninstall. I am having a two day melt down. I even try reinstalling it to make sure it downloaded properly but it will not let me do that even.
ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! I responded to survey twice and have received no help and I love the program its my computer not the program. I HAVE TO unstall it as my old pute is locking up and freezing and I am pulling my hair out. "Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure how to help you uninstall it.

 

However, are you using Internet Explorer 8 with turbosaver?  Earlier on, there was an issue with compatibility (although I think it was fixed) and turbosaver would case the browser to freeze.  If that's the issue, a workaround for now is to right click on the internet explorer icon and you should have an option to start with add-ons disabled.  Then, go into your tools menu and disable turbosaver from there.

tpayne, I've heard from customer care that you're now all set with the uninstall.  But give me a shout with any other questions.  And as you can see, RammsteinNicCag is a tremendous resource as well.
