Contribution inquiry

I have no posting from a store I used through Upromise. When I try to file through the contribution inquiry page it tells me that the page is not working and to try again. I have been trying for weeks. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks!

Hi caliope65, welcome to the club! There are many of us complaining about the very same problem throughout these message boards. According to (Admin)Jeff, Upromise is finally working on this problem, but it could be some time before they get it fixed. In the meantime, you can contact Upromise using this link that Jeff posted on another thread: http://www.upromise.com/member/help/contactUs.do .

caliope65, is this regarding an eCoupon contribution?  If so, the form is scheduled to be fixed on or around 11/12. But if your question is about another type of purchase (not from an eCoupon) then I'd like to have customer care work with you to better understand the problem.
