I just started taking the "new" Download Freeware Upromise Surveys and am wondering where and when the payments will be credited to my account?

Can you tell me more about the surveys you are referring to? Did you sign up with our partner e-Rewards that asks people to complete surveys to earn cash back?

 

If so, you earn through e-Rewards by accumulating funds that you then "cash in" for Upromise cash back. Just so you know, the "dollars" in e-Rewards do not translate to actual dollars you would earn with Upromise.

This link lays out the e-Rewards payment plan. Your "points" expire every calendar year -- so make sure you pay attention to the time frame on them.
