UPromise earnings

Hi, I have a quick question.  I have a 529 account tied to my UPromise earnings.  I thought I had read somewhere that the funded portion of the account would be automatically transfered to my 529 account every 3 month, most recently, on June 15.  The transfer didn't happen and I watches replica can't figure out how to tmanually transfer the earnings to my 529.  Can someone please tell me how what I need to do to transfer these funds.  Thanks.

Hi BlackJoe-

 

The funded portion must be at least $25 in order to sweep automatically into a 529 account. There is also a bit of a glitch. If you linked your 529 after you had a portion of earnings, those original earnings will not transfer. Only the earnings you have after you linked will transfer. I apologize for the inconvenience, but it is a quick and easy call to our Customer Care team in order to send all of those earnings (min $25) over to your linked 529 account.
