You mainly get rewards when you shop online starting at the Upromise site.. The qualifying partners take care of everything; starting through the Upromise site identifies you as a member and also identifies who you are. The rewards are then sent to your Upromise account.

In addition to online shopping, if you plan to earn by dining, buying gas, or at grocery stores, you should load your credit, debit, and store loyalty cards here: https://lty.s.upromise.com/member/account/registerCards.do.

To earn with dining: go to the dining page to find a restaurant near you, use your registered credit or debit card at the restaurant.

To earn with gas: fill up at Exxon Mobil 20+ gallons a month and use your registered credit or debit card at the pump

To earn with grocery: activate grocery eCoupons by selecting them on the website, purchasing the item at the store and swiping your registered loyalty store card.
