I have over $100 in UPromise.  I personal loans online do not have a 529 account and my daughter's loans are not from Sallie Mae.  How can I get my UPromise savings so my daughter can use it toward school expenses?

You can request a check or, and this is what I did, open a Salie Mae Savings Account and have the funds transfered into that monthly. Then you can pull it out whenevr you need it.
