Tooling Around the Upromise Website

Every now and again, I take a little virtual stroll around the halls of Upromise.  Usually I'm so consumed with what's going on with Saving with Style that I don't think about checking out what's going on in other places.

 

But then I got wind of some pretty great money-saving tips that came out of the Upromise Best Money Saving Tips Contest that just wrapped up and I had to check them out; you should too.

 

At the same time, I noticed the wrap-up from the Best Online Shopping Contest too - who knew there were so many contests going on around here??

 

Our guest blogger, Angie Wynne, is writing up a storm over at Mommy Saves Best, talking about some really cute,and affordable, baby nursery decor.  I am absolutely LOVING the pillow she has up!


One of our Upromise members, Rebecca, made a great point about Drugstore.com and how easy it is to use their service to help use up Flexible Spending Dollars at the end of the year. Even better, you save money for college this way too.

 

Not really sure how to use Upromise.com, or why you'd want to? Check out the How it Works board for info.  As for why you'd want to use the service - how about money for college? The way I see it, a public college education is soon going to be unaffordable for many kids - and their parents. Why not take the extra money wherever you can get it?
