I have had the same experience and I'm very disappointed with it.  Like you (and apparently a lot of other people from reading these boards) the closer I came to $100, the fewer surveys opportunities I received.  My first year membership expired Dec. 31, 2008.  I had $96.75 at the time.  I complained to eRewards about this and requested they send me a complete listing of my account.   I then compared the listing they sent to my account statements and discovered they didn't credit me for two surveys and gave me half of the stated partial credit on three others.  It was interesting to see that had they properly credited my account, my balance would've been over $101.  I then brought this to their attention and after a few emails back and forth "the issue has been forwarded to the project manager."

 

Based on my experience, I recommend that anyone who plans on trying to accumulate $100 in their account, might want to consider keeping a running print off of your account statements throughout the year, and then request a complete listing of your account from eRewards at the end of year and then compare the two to make sure your account has all of the proper credits.

Way to go Mary! WOW! I have some suggestions to use the UPROMISE credit card.  When I make purchases with my card, I put the transaction in my check registry as if I'm paying cash.  Then when my statement comes to pay the credit card, I already know I have the money in my bank account to pay off my credit card balance each month.  Also, when I go to McDonald's I always make a purchase of gift certificates first.  Then I turn around and use the gift certificates to pay for our meals.  I just tear off the back of the gift certificates with the UPROMISE coupon number on it and use the certificates.  The employees at the McDonalds in town know that I keep these codes and they save all the ones from customers who do not use them and give them to me.  It's like friends and family but only better!
