Obscure

I've been using my UPROMISE card almost exclusively for a few years now.  My ovservation is that Upromise is very generous in telling members about deals and how to spend but I've been searching a long time to learn about how to make a withdrawl.

A telltale sign that may indicate they might want to make this difficult is the fact that the savings balance used to appear on the monthly statement.  It has vanished.

So far, I have not found anything on the colorful website that would detail how I might actually tap those years worth of college savings.  Maybe it's a security thing.

Maybe your web browser is blocking something, but at the very top left of the site, there is a tab called use your earnings. Look up there, Do you see the Upromise logo? Then under the letter E of the logo, there is use your earnings, click on that and voila, make your selection on how you want to use it.
