Upromise savings coming off of student loans...

Hi,

I have been a member of Upromise for about six months and have been working hard to get the most out of my Upromise account, but I'm curious...how long does it take for Upromise to transfer the savings that I have collected onto my loans? Do you have to earn a certain amount before they will transfer that? and if so, how much do you have to save?

Thanks in advance,

Emily.

Re: Upromise savings coming off of student loans...

I know you have to have at least $50 before they will do a transfer and they only transfer every quarter (Feb, Jun, Sept, Dec). I don't know how long it takes to post to your account though because I had $86 transfer in December and it still has not shown up on my loan account as a payment.
