pending funds

an amount  (the total of most of my contributions to date) has been listed as pending for quite a while. How long does it take before it transfers? Its more than $25.

Hi bassgirl,

 

It can take quite awhile for contributions to go from pending to funded, but I think it depends on the merchant. You can get a better idea of how long to wait on the contribution timetable page here: http://www.upromise.com/nspage?su=8201 .

 

If you've been waiting longer than the expected time-frame for your contributions to post or fund, then you should contact Upromise either by phone or through the contact us page, especially if the inquiry forms are still out of order.

I've had two fall outside the projected window.  One posted in 109 vs 90 days, and one is still pending at 125 vs 90 days.  I'm giving that one more week then I'll contact UPromise.  I wish we could look further back than just 120 days in the history though.  You really have to keep track personally in order to ensure you get paid for everything.
