Upromise credit card - Questions over fees

We have had some recent chatter about fees and the Upromise credit card. It is Bank of America's stance that the card currently does not charge an annual fee for haivng the credit card whether the cardholder has a balance or not.

 

With some recent concerns about being charged for paying off your balance in full, we wanted to get some information out there concerning those claims.

Probably in that fine print, right under GRACE PERIOD.  Could be 25days, so if you make your payment on the 30th day the first 5days of charges will be hit with a finance charge.
