OK Started getting "Upromise survey" emails becuase I have Turbosaver. I have taken a few surveys for the promised savings in return ![]()
-When do these savings post as pending and posted?
-Is there a link in the website for tracking surveys taken or survey information? I don't see any information on these surveys in the website.
Thank You,
t

Thanks for your message. I work at Upromise and help set up this program so let me give you some inside information. The contributions should post to your account within one to two weeks of taking a survey. In some cases it may post even faster but a week to two is a good barometer. You only get the contribution if you complete the survey, not if you just answer the screening questions. As for a link to see your survey history, unfortunately there isn't at this time though we are looking into doing that. It's a bit complicated right now. At this point the only option is to click on the link in the email you received and for a short time you will see the surveys you've been invited to take. The surveys are done through one of our partners and we are looking at ways to improve the overall experience. Thanks for being a Upromise member and a TurboSaver user and good luck going forward.

I like the program and appreciate the clarification of how it works. It comes as no surprise as it is so similar to e-rewards (with the screening questions, and whatnot).
In any case, I'm looking forward to further improvements and am happy to see this one.
Thank You

I have turbo saver on two of my computers, but I don't think I've ever gotten an email requesting me to fill out a survey. Is there something else I should do in my profile in order to get these surveys?

You need to make sure you are "opted in" for special offers and you need to make sure your email preferences are set to receive surveys from Upromise. Here's how to do both:
In TurboSaver, on the far left of your screen, click and hold down the mouse on the Upromise logo. Scroll down and select "Options." There is a section called Personalized Offers. Make sure the button is selected for "Enable Personalized Offers.
For your email, log in to your account and using the navigation on the left side of the screen, select "Update Profile" about a third of the way down the screen. On the Update Profile page, make sure the check box next to "I'm willing to respond to occasional email surveys that ask for my opinion about the Upromise service." is "checked."
If you have both of these options set, just sit back and if you meet the needs of our clients, you'll likely get an email asking you to respond to a survey. Not everyone will - the criteria are very specific looking for people with different experiences, shopping patterns, etc.
Good luck!
