Re: How DOES UPROMISE WORK?

Hi CherryMom417, welcome to Upromise. It sounds like when you applied for a student loan with Sallie Mae you also signed up for Upromise.  So, the way Upromise works is you can link eligible student loans to your Upromise account.  And when you make certain purchases, a percentage of that will go towards paying down your student loan.

If you haven't already, click here for information on linking your student loan to your Upromise account.

And here's a good explanation of how Upromise works.  And lastly, here are a few tips on making the most of Upromise.

1) Get Turbosaver - our online shopping reminder tool notifies you of Upromise savings opportunities when you visit partner sites http://www.upromise.com/turbosaver

2) Credit Card - Save 1% more with every online purchase

http://www.upromise.com/creditcard

3) Dining - Find restaurants near you where you can earn 8% back with a card registered in your Upromise account http://www.upromise.com/dining

4) Shop Online - Over 600 stores to earn from - Walmart, Target, Overstock, eBay to name a few. See them all http://shop.upromise.com/mall/all-stores

Please keep the questions coming and I'll do my best to help.  And you'll also find other members in the community to be a great resource.
