Re: Suggestions for new stores

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) operates a worldwide chain of commissaries providing groceries to military personnel, retirees and their families. I would love to see them participate in upromise because this is where the majority of military families do their shopping.

Re: Suggestions for new stores

As a retired military member myself, I contacted the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) about participating.  I got a very nice letter back within 24 hours of my inquiry.  I was told due to the nature of DeCA and the reduced prices they get for their goods, they can't participate in programs such as UPromise because they would have to increase the cost of items to return a portion back to us.

Exxon and Mobile seem to be just California locations, what about the rest of us?!
