Stock Up at Lands End Overstocks

by AngieW on 10-14-2009 10:07 AM - last edited on 10-14-2009 10:08 AM

OPicture 6.pngne of my favorite sources for discounted activewear and outerwear for the whole family is Lands End Overstocks. Part of the fun of shopping at Lands End Overstocks is that they introduce new markdowns on Saturdays, and they're 75% off by Friday. You never know what you'll find, but you can be sure that the price will be right.

Not surprisingly, the deepest discounts I'm seeing right now are on summer items. There's not a better time to stock up for next year on swimsuits and swim shorts for girls and boys (from $6.99) and flip flops (3.99).

School uniform items are more than 50% off. I'm also finding jackets 15% to 25% off and rain boots for $14.99.

You can save 3% for college when you shop LandsEnd.com through Upromise.

The way I see it, any store with the words "smart" and and "bargains" in the name is worth checking out! Here's what I found at SmartBargains.com:

This wooden KidKraft storage table (right) is $74.97 at SmartBargains. List price is $145. The Storage Chest with Chalkboard Plaques from KidKraft is also $99.99.

Need a gift for a new mom? The adorable, eco-friendly Baby Burt's Bees Bear Gift Set Basket is $54.99. It includes a teddy bear, frame, rattle, baby cap, bib, burp clot, and receiving blanket.
