Message flag to alert UPromise

How about a check box, while posting a message, that directly flags some one who works for UPromise?  I hate using the phone, messages in the community aren't always answered, e-mails take weeks to receive a reply.....

An interesting and useful idea, luntaos.  I'll check into that to see if it can be done...or better yet, how it can be done.  But please know that I've been working on forming a group here at Upromise consisting of various colleagues that handle our different business areas (dining, grocery, online shopping, travel, etc.) to monitor the boards.  You may have seen posts from Joyce who works on our dining program, Tammy who's our TurboSaver guru and others jumping in now and then.  And we'll look to do that more often and in a timely manner.

Thanks for the heads up Jeff, I like using the community more than sending an e-mail or calling, feels more like a friendly meeting place.
