Not getting full reward for drug store item

Hello,

 

I recently bought an item that was listed to have a $2.00 reward, but it posted to my Upromise account as $0.20.  Can this happen if the store that is selling the item has marked down the price?

Sounds like the item you bought is part of the e-coupon section. If it is, you will first receive the "normal" reward amount and approximately 3-4 weeks later you'll receive the $2 reward.  The $2 will appear as a "pending" amount in your account and will also show up in your e-coupon history. Hope this helps!
