I have not received any contributions from Kroger for known qualifying items with my registered Upromise credit card and Kroger card- I sent in a written detailed listing per the request of the research team and still two months nothing - no 10 % savings from the card ,no money from the items and no ecoupons what is the matter is Upromise too big to handle the data or what - this is very troubling to someone that is working at making the savings add up.............

Hi daviddavid22, quite a few of us on these message boards share your frustration when it comes to the missing contributions. I'm guessing you've looked at the contribution timetable page - http://www.upromise.com/nspage?su=8201 - since you've already been in contact with the research team.
My advice is to keep contacting customer service, either by phone or email, until they get this resolved for you. In the meantime, maybe (Admin)Jeff or one of the other moderators will see this & offer to check into it for you, as well. I hope this works out for you soon. Good luck.
