Missing contributions

I have not received any contributions from Kroger for known qualifying items with my registered Upromise credit card and Kroger card- I sent in a written detailed listing per the request of the research team and still two months nothing - no 10 % savings from the card ,no money from the items and no ecoupons what is the matter is Upromise too big to handle the data or what - this is very troubling to someone that is working at making the savings add up.............

Hi daviddavid22, quite a few of us on these message boards share your frustration when it comes to the missing contributions. I'm guessing you've looked at the contribution timetable page - http://www.upromise.com/nspage?su=8201 - since you've already been in contact with the research team.

 

My advice is to keep contacting customer service, either by phone or email, until they get this resolved for you. In the meantime, maybe (Admin)Jeff or one of the other moderators will see this & offer to check into it for you, as well. I hope this works out for you soon. Good luck.

Been registered since September and use my card at Vons here in CA.

 

NOTHING earned since september. I mean come on, i go grocery shopping EVERY weekend.

 

The only money I have earned is for WingNuts and McAfee (virus protection I bought online)

 

Is this site a scam to get your CC info?

With Stop and Shop, there was something about calling to make sure that they don't block the info form being collected by Upromise.  You may want to see if that is an issue as well.

On Sat I ordered $50 of stuff from Gap. I have Turbo Saver and it told me that there are savings there but did I have to do anything else? I didn't click a link or anything but that bar came down and told me a % was available.

 

I can expect to see a % returned in a few days right???

 

If it doesn't work, I think I'll end my account.

Here is the contribution timetable.  With my experiences, I've seen things post as pending from 3 days to about 1.5 months after purchasing, depending on the retailer (for example, drugstore.com is typically one of the fastest).
