Greetings,

I recived a new GIANT food card in the mail, I guess they are replacing them with the new ones with the new logo. Do we need to update our record on Upromise.?

Re: Giant Food - Sending out new membership cards

Hi LINKMOSAIC, you should check to make sure the new card contains the same number.  If not then you can remove old grocery loyalty cards and register new ones.  Here's how you do it.

First, head on over to the member home page: https://lty.s.upromise.com/member/home and go to the account summary section in the upper right hand corner of the screen.  Then select "Grocery cards" from the "Manage my" drop down menu.

Next, check the number on your new Giant food card to make sure it matches what's registered to your Upromise account. If it doesn't match, then remove the old card and enter a new one. Please let me know how you do.
