Great Customer Service from Bodybuilding.com

I had a fantastic customer service experience with bodybuilding.com today.  I was connected to a human with only 1 menu selection and did not have to wait on hold.  The service rep was friendly and very helpful.  I had a defect in a product I had ordered and was given 3 options: refund, replacement with the same product, or replacement with a different product.  It is not often you get tolect from multiple satisfying choices.  I chose the replacemtn of the same product and it is being shipped out for free.  Thanks bodybuilding.com.

I have shopped with them and also recieved good service.  Its nice to see someone on these boards not complaining :smileywink:

It's funny (to me at least), I'm new to this community but have been a upromise member for a couple of years and I never knew bodybuilding.com was a store we could shop at for money back.  Love that site!
