e-rewards broken?

I've been trying to sign up for over a week but i always get this message:

and i am trying through upromise link

I've logged in a few times this week...

 

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies?  Tried switching browsers to see if that works?

I was going to try signing up a dummy account for e-rewards to see if I have the same problem as you, but I can't figure out how to (maybe because I'm already a member?).

 

The only thing I found mentioned something about signing up through an email sent by UPromise, but I don't see how to get that email sent.

 

What link are you using?

Then i click the erwards banner its the only clickable thing.
