Is there a limit to how much you can save?

I heard recently that there is a low limit to how much money you could save.  I've nev er heard of this but I wanted to validate it.  Thanks!

Nope, there is no limit on how much you can save.

Did you read about in a limit in the Wall Street Journal today?  It mentioned there's a $300 cap on how much you can earn with the Upromise credit card.  But that's incorrect...good news is it's unlimited.

No, not from the Wall Street Journal but from a far less crefible source.  I wrote a post about UPromise on my blog back in Feb. and I was writing about them again today and reread my last post and realized a lady had commented there.  Here's what she said, "Buffyfan said... Good way to save but I would check the Terms and Conditions on the total amount you can save in a year. As I recall, its not a lot. I would know I worked on competiive product.

I thought she was wrong but I just wanted to hear it form you guys so I could post an accurate reply on my blog and not just "no, I'm right!" You can find my post here if you care to read it:http://beauty4moms.blogspot.com/2009/02/upromise-savings-for-college.html?showComment=1251909756780#c6822785197507987859

There was a $300.00 limit on the 1% cash back from the original Upromise Citibank Credit Card.  But now that Bank of America has the credit card (which changed March/April 2009), I believe there is no longer any limits.  I would assume this is the limit your source was referring too.

Yes, Rosalyn is absolutely right.  There's no longer a limit to how much you can earn when using the Upromise credit card.

Wow, finally one brownie point for BoA!  I think that is the first positive news from BoA in the last three years.
