When the e-savings come up, make sure you use them, i.e., the $5 credit for purchasing Enfamil at Giant Eagle.

the fastest way to 25, 50,100 is to have a cook out and sale bbq, fish and fries, or just make some candle apples and call it a day.

Re: Fastest Way to $25, $50, $100...

One way I've earned big bucks is by shopping needed big ticket items online. I compare prices for online partner stores (sometimes shopping in-store) then buy online. That can earn quick $$.

I also complete surveys offered. I shop at local restaurants, have registered all my store cards- etc...

One HUGE regret!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was in the process of buying a home (new to Upromise) I went through a realtor and the entire purchase process. A week later I noticed the link for the same realtor- guess what? I missed out on over $200 by not going to the link first.

So whenever you are in the process of financing, home hunting, car shopping, insurance, etc- try Upromise links first. If you get the same price, you might as well get a little extra for college to go with it!

I have an American Express card with points I never use. I was able to turn those points into a "Upromise scholarship".

You can earn $5 for an auto, $5 for a rent, and $5 for a homeowners insurance quote every six months from liberty mutual. I read the small print on this offer and it says you can earn $5 for each every six months. Then I got everyone who is signed up under me to do the quotes. This is free and who knows, they may find cheap insurance.

My favorite way to earn money at Upromise is through drugstore.com.  You have to buy toiletries anyway, drugstore.com has good prices, you get everything delivered, and Upromise gives you cash back!  Right now it's 7%.

Great deal!

Re: Fastest Way to $25, $50, $100...

My favorite and easy ways to keep money going into our account!
  • 1st is the E-rewards surveys emailed to you and they give you money just for answering and being honest (they turn their money into U-Promise $'s).
  • I also use my drugstore/grocery store cards every time I shop!
  • All vacations or just random trips I order through the site ( every little bit helps).(this includes rentals, hotels, flights, & even restaurants)
  • Gas we all have to have that you only need 20 gallons a month for Mobile to contribute 1-3% (amazing).
  • We always check the different restaurants to see who is giving the biggest contribution (always take advantage of months like March when they double or up the percentage for most of their partners).
  • I send the shopping link e-mail to friends and family once a week (just in case they have some online shopping to do).
  • All gifts/ flowers for Mom, in-laws, & family I order through the site up to 12%(1-800-flowers) to your account!
  • I of course have the U-Promise Tool Bar to let me know if a site is a partner so I can log on and get a percentage!
  • Avon is 5%, I get a lot of my beauty products and make-up through the site! Every little bit helps!
  • All of our family and friends get random e-mails asking them to join and help us save!
  • I have Mom that has the U-Promise master card ( it doesn't get better than that) that she uses for all grocery shopping!
  • I know we are lucky to have a program like U-Promise I am a walking, talking commercial for this program!!!
My goal is to get all friends and family to join and book all vacations through the site ( just think of the yearly contributions on this alone!) Thankfully U-Promise is always thinking of new ways for us to get percentages.
  • Buying a house?
  • Shopping for a loved one?
  • Going on a trip?
Everything we do in our day to day lives can be done through U-Promise AND get $ for school how amazing!!!!
THANK YOU U-PROMISE!!

Re: Fastest Way to $25, $50, $100...

Hi,

My wife and I have been averaging about 400.00 a year. We both have a Upromise card and we try to put everything we possibly can on the card. We use the card to pay all of our monthly bills (cable, insurance, phone, electric, etc.). These are bills we pay anyway, so why not charge it and then  pay off the card. If we are looking to purchase an item we check out the Upromise site (see if it's woth it) and try to get it there. BestBuy.com was a score for our LCD TV with buy on line and in store pick up!!!
