Confirmation on Freq Flyer vs UPromise dining rewards

I am currently registered with my credit cards to receive air miles for dining, I know your site says that we still get our miles on the regular registration of cards but I'm curious on the dining program portion, do I still get my airmiles from the dining cards I have registered or does it all go to Upromise.  Reason I ask is that you can't have one card registered to two different airline dining programs, they cancel each other out and the latest registry wins,  If I choose to register my cards for dining with you, does that cancel my airline points with those dining programs I have through the airline?  Thank you for your time.

Hi Sjeran,

Thanks for asking! You are correct that each credit card may only be registered to earn rewards (miles/Upromise cash) in one dining program administered by Rewards Network at a time. If you enroll a credit card in your Upromise account that is already active in a mileage dining program, that card will remain in the mileage dining program unless you call customer care to transfer the enrollment to Upromise. While in this case the card wouldn't be eligible for Upromise Dining, you would still be eligible to earn rewards on that credit card in the other (non Dining) Upromise programs like in-store savings at Bed Bath & Beyond, Eddie Bauer and Exxon Mobil.

Thank you, I have registered the cards for the main program but will not be doing the dining portion at this time.  Appreciate your quick response.
