Restaurant Week, how does it show up?

I made some purchases from the list on Upromise and I did sign up for restaurant week and I am a preferred diner, I only see the standard amount listed as pending. Does the bonus amount show up some other way or is this an error I need to email customer service about?

Example I purchased from Lutina's Rest a $100 gc. They normally give 8%, which is now 16%. I only see the standard 8% showing up. Help!

In the past, the savings for Dining "extras" usually showed up as a separate transaction a month or so after the contest/savings period ended.

I was questioning the exact same thing --

Recently, I got credit for the 8% first as regular dine (end of November).  I just expected to get the 16% all at once.

I am assuming that I will receive a second credit for the 8%, sometime in December.  Is this right?

Re: Restaurant Week, how does it show up?

I dined on 11/19 and 11/22 with UPromise Dining.  I received the "normal" credits for both dates.  I also received the extra Restaurant Week contributions for the 11/19 date, but nothing for the 11/22 date.  I'm questioning the original time period for the promotion.  Can anyone confirm the dates?

Hi! So sorry for the delayed response on this. Restaurant weeks were from 11/17-11/30/08. Have you since received the second bonus contribution? If not, please contact customer care so that we can get that credited for you!

And keep your eyes out for more Restaurant weeks this year, in late June and mid-October! :smileyhappy:

Thank you & happy dining

Re: Restaurant Week, how does it show up?

The extra $1 for doing the survey just showed up a few days ago for one of the restaurants we ate at. I think the date we ate there was March 20th.
