When I signed in today I noticed a message under my account that stated extra 10% bonus for dining at upromise restaurants thru November. I think this will be like last time where Upromise adds the savings separately. Great time to buy those gift cards and use them later when the savings go back to normal. Here is the exact message:

09/01/2009  For a limited time, you can earn an extra 10% college savings at more than 8,500 Upromise Dining by Rewards Network restaurants – that’s double the savings rate until November 30, 2009. In total you can earn up to 29% when you dine using your Upromise credit card.

I also wanted to mention that we're giving a $1 bonus to everyone who dines in September and completes a quick survey. If you're opted into our emails, you'll get an email with the survey about a week after you dine, or you can go to your "My Account" page to find the transaction and get the link to the survey there. Is this a selective program? I see the survey bonus but not the extra 10%

When you sign in and go to your account where it shows the amounts you have earned, scroll down and the message section is at the bottom. Click to read the message, and I saw it there. I also just received an email reminding me about it today too. I dont think it is selective because my mom's account has it too and she almost never eats out.

No email, no message. I suspect this is for card holders only or else is some other form of selective reward.
